- If at any time you want to end your 100 Women membership, please let our membership liaison know so that we remove you from our membership emails and no longer follow up with you about your quarterly donation.
- I will make an annual donation of $400 ($100 each meeting.)
- After votes have been counted at each meeting and the successful charity is selected, I will write my $100 cheque made out to that charity. A member of the 100 Women Who Care Wilmot Steering Committee will pass the cheques directly to the selected charity.
- I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I was not able to attend the meeting or I did not vote for the charity selected. I will still receive my $100 tax donation receipt.
- Receipts for donations will be available at the end of the calendar year by the selected charity. Completed commitment forms must be received by 100 Women Who Care Wilmot before any charity nomination form is accepted.
